About our membership
Vancouver Island Coaches Association is a chartered chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Membership of ICF is a requirement for members of the Vancouver Island Coaches Association. This ensures that our members follow the Standards of Ethical Conduct as set out by the ICF to ensure consistent professionalism in our industry.

Joining the ICF

Membership fees for Canadians are as follows:

$195.00 US Membership Only 
Credentialed members receive free Coach Referral Service Listing


ICF membership is renewed annually on April 1. Please note that the ICF requires each member to select a Chapter affiliation. When completing your profile information, be sure to select Victoria/South Vancouver Island, BC, Canada to be affiliated with our Chapter.

Automatic membership in VICA

Once we receive notice that you have joined the ICF, our membership director will contact you to give you additional information and to answer your questions on the local chapter. If you would like to activate your chapter membership immediately after you have registered with ICF, send an email to our Membership Director.

You will then automatically receive notice of all VICA activities and functions, and be entitled to reduced rates at the regular monthly meetings and VICA-sponsored special events.

If you're a coach, Post Your Bio to the Site

Invite interested individuals to learn about your coaching services and how to contact you? Add your profile and contact information to our list of qualified Vancouver Island Coaches. The cost is currently $40 for the balance of the year. 

Step #1:
Contact our Teasurer ( Treasurer@VICoaches.org ) to arrange payment via cheque or PayPal.

Step #2: Ensure that your current Bio/information/picture in the Members
Login area is current and up to date (lost your login info? contact (WebServices@VICoaches.org )

Step #3: Once the Treasurer receives your $40 cheque we will
activate your Bio to be available on the public side of the website.
