MICN meets monthly in the Nanaimo area on Vancouver Island. The MICN is a informal group of individual members who are professionals practicing coaching, including Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches, Group Coaches and Life Coaches. Many of our members are also members of VICA, Vancouver Island Coaches Association, and/or the Vancouver Chapter of the ICF.
We invite both members and non-members to join our forum and attend our regular monthly meetings. Mid-Island Coaches Network rotates hosting social networking meetings with learning sessions and workshops.

ral years, VICA worked with The Minerva Foundation to include coaching as an integral part of the MHWW program.
MHWW is a “unique career-mentoring program that supports highly skilled and undervalued professional women who feel ‘boxed in’ in their attempts to re-enter the workforce and provide economic security for their families”. Volunteer coaches form part of the supportive environment that includes career professionals and mentors.
