Angela Neumann, MA, CEC, ACC

Angela founded Neumann Leadership, a leadership coaching and consulting firm in Victoria, which integrates coaching, leadership development, facilitation, team building, human resource and change management technologies.

Angela has diverse experience in guiding large group change interventions and supporting individuals and groups to respond to change and find the common ground necessary to move forward towards future goals. She has been formally trained in the disciplines of leadership development, personal life skills coaching and executive coaching, which allows her to not only explore and create awareness around human behaviours and emotions of individuals and teams, but to also understand the organizational challenges that her clients face.

Angela enjoys her volunteer involvement as mentor coach with Leadership Victoria and the Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University, where she also teaches coaching skills for the MBA program.
